Homoeopathic remedies work energetically to stimulate the body’s innate ability to heal. It works according to the principle of ‘like cures like’ such that a substance that causes symptoms in a healthy person, can be used to treat similar symptoms in a sick person. Over the last 200 years, observations, experiments, homoeopathic provings and clinical experience have resulted in the collection of symptoms associated with particular remedies which are recorded in traditional homoeopathic Materia Medica.

This product has been compiled based on an in-depth knowledge of the tradition and application of homoeopathy. The relevant symptoms from the ingredient remedy pictures are as follows:

Bryonia alba treats conditions of serous membranes and relieves muscular aches and stitching, tearing pain which is characteristically aggravated by movement and alleviated by rest.
It also helps treat stiffness in the neck and knees, rheumatic pains and red, hot, swollen joints.

Causticum primarily helps treat chronic rheumatic and arthritic conditions accompanied by tearing pains in the muscular and fibrous tissues and associated with progressive loss of muscular strength.

Colchicum autumnale acts on muscular tissues, periosteum and synovial membranes to relieve red, hot swelling of parts, inflammation of the big toe, tearing pains, sensation of pins and needles, stiff joints and shifting rheumatism especially associated with tiredness and exhaustion.

Ferrum phosphoricum has a general anti-inflammatory action and helps treat pain in the shoulders, stiff neck and swollen, painful hands.

Ledum palustre is indicated for individuals with a constitutional predisposition to rheumatic disease.
It helps treat painful soles of the feet, gouty pains in the feet and joints, swollen ankles, synovial crepitation (cracking noises in the joints) and rheumatism that characteristically starts in the feet or lower limbs and ascends upwards in the body.

Natrium phosphoricum treats all conditions arising from excess acidity in the body including gout, rheumatism and arthritis.

Rhododendron ferrugineum is indicated for rheumatic and gouty symptoms, especially when aggravated by stormy weather.
It helps treat swollen joints, tearing rheumatic pain, stiffness in the neck and shoulders and pains in the bones.

Rhus toxicodendron acts on fibrous tissue and primarily treats tearing pains in tendons and ligaments, muscular strains, stiffness in the limbs, hot, painful, swollen joints, rheumatic pain, and rheumatism which tend to be worse in cold weather.
This remedy is especially useful when the symptoms are better for movement and aggravated by rest.
